Break Out to Break In
Join Cornell Hillel as we partner with Lech-Lecha לך-לך for a Fall Trek in the Catskills! Head into the hills, away from screens and the pressure of deadlines for a beautiful hike around Adler Lake. We will prepare for and spend Shabbat in the wilderness together. Our campsite has views of the rolling hills surrounding the lake. We will recenter ourselves, tap into our souls, connect with one another, and enjoy the scent of the pines and the serenity of the sounds of the forest. We'll return refreshed, renewed, and ready to meet the school year ahead.
We meet up at the trailhead on Friday, Sept 20, 2024 at 10:30am to repack our gear to include our communal gear and food, and begin our epic journey. Plan to arrive a little early!
Our Trek will conclude at 4pm on Sunday, September 22, 2024.
